Purchase Terms

Both individuals and legal entities can purchase products from the online store.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and agreed to these terms.
The seller reserves the right to change the terms at any time.

Delivery

Within Lithuania:

• Venipak parcel lockers – 1–3 business days, price: free
• Itella courier – 1–2 business days, price: free
• In-store pickup in Vilnius (Čiurlionio g. 7) – free. Pickup available on business days from 11:00 to 17:00.

International:
Delivery cost and time are calculated individually. After placing the order, we will contact you regarding delivery details.

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer – the order is processed only after receiving payment to our bank account.
• Cash on pickup – payment in cash is possible only when collecting the items at the physical store in Vilnius.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
